ask questions, and share their point of view.
WHAT IS ALPHA?
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Alpha is run all around the globe, and everyone’s welcome. It is a non-judgmental and open environment where it’s easy for anyone, no matter where you are or how you feel about Christianity.

Participants come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, and the claims of Jesus. Some people are curious to understand what the Christian faith believes. Others come to learn more about the God who really changes lives.

Alpha is for anyone. People attend from all backgrounds, religions, and viewpoints. Many guests have never been to church, others may have attended church and had a negative experience. Others may never really have understood the basics of the Christian faith or simply aren't able to articulate why they believe what they believe. Everyone is welcome.

There is no charge for attending the Alpha course. Dinner is provided each night for all participants.

We meet in person with a time to connect, relax, and build friendships. Each week we provide a free meal from a local restaurant. You will be placed into a small group with hosts who help lead the conversation. Each Alpha evening features a short film. These films explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity. Here, you can share your thoughts about faith and life and hear from others in your group about their beliefs. Feel free to say whatever you like or as little as you like, it’s up to you

Why and how should I read the Bible?
How can I resist evil?
What’s the purpose of church?
